Well its has been a while since we have had some news that needed reporting, but i'm sure that you will want hear about this.... Myself and the Chef have been working on some new dishes, and when i say working we have been tirelessly cooking, tasting and then cooking some more, tweaking and then working on presentation.........Ok ok, so this really isn't a tough job, its very much something that the chef and I thoroughly enjoy, so much so that we want to share these new dishes with you in order to put them on our new menu...So if there are any foodies who could spare a few hours of there time one tuesday evening then we would love for around 15 people to come and help us choose some new dishes for our menu.
